Important limitation

POI is a monitoring and deception technology platform. It does not provide legal advice, make legal determinations, or guarantee any legal outcome. Evidence packages are monitoring records and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before any action is taken.

Your account

You’re responsible for the apps you register with POI and for ensuring you have the right to deploy our detection script on those sites. You must not use POI to monitor sites you do not own or control.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Paystack on the cycle you select at signup. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

POI’s poison engine and honeypots are intended to deter and identify automated scraping. You must not use POI’s detection data to harass individuals or to take automated retaliatory action against detected actors.
